The Company Ranking System

We have a ranking system in place that revolves solely upon guild bank deposits.  This has proven to be the most efficient way for us to monitor activity & to maintain all three  of our guild trader locations.  We use this system to funnel new & promising  active members in to our guild and release less active & productive salespeople.  The weekly & all time expectation for donation will be updated weekly posted in the about us section of our in game guild description & also on the front page of this site.

Intern ~ This is the rank you enter the guild as and serves as a holding period for a couple of days so that you have an opportunity to make a few sales and get a deposit in to our bank.  It also gives us an opportunity to record your contributions.  As an Intern you will not be released from the company.

Unemployed ~ This is a rank you will be moved to if you have not made any contributions in a timely manner & or are not living up to the requirements posted for weekly & or all time deposits. ANY MEMBER NOT UP TO DATE ON MIN WEEKLY DEPOSITS (Weeks in guild * 10k) MAY BE DEMOTED TO UNEMPLOYED AT ANY TIME. Our members are also expected to make at least one 10k deposit a week regardless, our leadership does and will exercise leeway for this sort of a demotion but if you are habitually missing weekly deposits this will happen.

Salesperson ~ This is a rank held by any members who are actively depositing.  As a salesperson there is a possibility of being demoted to unemployed and eventually released if we no longer have members not reaching the minimum requirements.

Life Time ~ This is a paid rank with a limited amount of spots available, members holding rank will not be kicked for any reason throughout their duration in GTC. Members holding this rank are eligible to receive guild perks. Message Demon Kitty X for more information regarding this rank.

Board Members ~ This rank is for people that do things to help me regulate the guild and or assist in the guilds progression.  This is not a rank you can earn it is a rank I will personally ask you to take.  It is more than anything else based on trust and the willingness / want to spend your free time helping me with tedious and awful chores. 

Book Keeper ~ Responsible for keeping track of guild finances, dues, making sure members are up to date with minimum contribution responsibilities.

Founding Owner ~ The founding owner is XT4xM4nX.

Vice President ~ There are only two people in all of Tamriel amazing enough to hold this rank & they are already holding this rank so enough said.
