Need Crafter for Charged on One Handed Mace

I am working on the last of my crafting traits and could use a little help.  If someone could make me a Charged One Handed Mace and COD it that would be great, and I am willing to pay 1000 gold for it (or a little higher if you think that is fair).  I haven't seen very many of these up for sale and only at troll prices.  I will check back in a little later this evening and have a research slot that will open up early tomorrow I would like to put this in.
