New guy needs help

I just joined this and I am with the pact. I don't think I have access to the store do I?  I am at the end of the main story quest and I'm pretty sure the store is located on the other side of the continent.  Can someone  please tell me how to be able to use the quild store.  I'm sitting on my taxes due and also have lots of good items I need to sell.

You can access the guild stores through any bank.
