No Traders this week?

Signed in today and noticed we did not have a guild trader, and the RTU did not have one either.  Usually I check to see if we have one or not, and we have not had one ever in the several months I have been with the guild.  Usually I check and adjust my auctions accordingly and sales have been good so it is possible I have not noticed.  However one of the other trading guilds I am in also did not get a trader which is really weird so I am wondering if this is a bug or maybe they changed the date on the traders or something.

Ok since learned this is some kind of new bug and a lot of players are having this issue.  Considering I was close enough to slap the RTU trader in the face I know I can keep selling.
